What does the process look like for engagement with Termina?
As Custom Engagements are generally large projects with commensurate impact, we follow a simple 5 step process. 1) We work with your team to understand your requirements. 2) If we believe we can deliver impact, we share an estimate and SoW. 3) Once accepted, we execute the project with regular check-points. 5) Once complete we review project results with you. 5) Upon acceptance, we work with you to scope follow on projects or maintenance that you wish to pursue.
What types of custom engagements are most impactful?
Our customers have found that we are most impactful on initiatives that require either significant analytical depth, or high analytical volume and automation. The former are generally driven by C-level executives who wish to audit the performance of the BUs, to scan deep to find major undetected pockets of risk and opportunity. The latter are generally driven by investors who have recurring analyses they wish to conduct at high volume, without hiring a significant analyst team.
How are custom engagements priced?
While every project varies, we generally estimate projects using a weekly full-fixed-rate multiplied by the number of anticipated weeks of work.
